Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sarah Hall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Positive Transformation Behavioral Health. She is a licensed and certified mental health professional with extensive experience supporting individuals and families with behavioral health needs.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S), Sarah provides comprehensive mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
She is also a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in behavioral health and is a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS)Her clinical experience includes working with individuals facing emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and mental health conditions across various settings.
Sarah is passionate about improving access to care in underserved communities and is dedicated to building services that are compassionate, community-based, and focused on long-term positive outcomes.
